Missed kung fu today since my brother had basketball practice. And I forgot my shoes at the house that I was going to wear to kung fu. Since the ones I wear to school are nice.

Thursday Class 7-9
-stretch/warmup
-Sifu would give an attacker certain attacks or mutliple attacks to do on the defender. The defender could do whatever block or grab he wanted to do. The defender would test out any move he wanted that would be best fit in the situation. 1. step in side, spinning back kick, roundhouse 2. step in side, wheel kick 3. step in side, or fake step in sidekick followed by a backfist 4. step in side, fake sidekick then backfist, fake sidekick then either left/right ridgehand strike 5. any kick or double kick (flip kicks)

1/15, Tuesday class 7:15-9:15
-stretch -warmup -daily dozen self defenses with partner -sparring circle -One person was in the middle. When your number was called you would attack that person until the next number was called. Everyone went about 3 times.

Wednesday 1/16 1 and a half hours
-workout -stretch -bag work (20 minutes) -combos -punching power -3 3 minute rounds -kicks (20 miuntes) -worked on my Bob -worked on bag -forms (20 minutes) -young dragon (hold 10 seconds, slow, medium paced) -short form of tiger, movements of the tiger, twist of the tiger

Thursday 1/17 @ class 2 hours
-stretch -warmup -chinese rolls (on back, outcrescent to inside then roll) -block punch with chinese rolls then sidekick or back kick -takedown opponent, or be taken down and then do the chinese roll w/ kick -tried taking down opponent w/ feet interlocked... until one of us fell -break -daily dozen self defenses w/ partner -learned 2 new purple belt self defenses (3 out of 30 done)
