8/23. Thursday
First class (beginners)- football over early so went to the first class -warm up -combo strikes -learned new self defense called breaking the collar. 1 long class
Second Class (advanced class) -stretch warm up -volunteered to do 100 push ups for us -100 crunches -pushed car and jeep about 40 yards -5 minute break -worked on openhand form young dragon -lots of repition -learned new parts in it 2 hour class
Good class. Hard on the legs with the car pushing.

Saturday 25th, At home To tired to wake up for class
-Static stretches -Dynamic stretches -Young Dragon -about 15 times -Warm up for aerial practice: Jumping snap kicks -Aerial kicks -scissor kicks down my driveway (20 each side) -hurricane kick -worked on 540 kick, hand springs with 2 hands then 1

Um it was lengthwise. So like I was pushing the back of it forward. And it was for well idk. I guess it was a leg workout. And thanks Matt.

Monday 27th, home
-after football practice so I already worked out -practiced 540 kick -thats all I am going to practice on weekdays, not counting what we do at kungfu class -I will practice other things on weekends but I just want to focus on getting this down

Tuesday 28th, Kungfu Class
-warm up -spinning kicks with a punch/block to temple with other hand -did a lot of repition because a lot of kicks -application for Young Dragon so pretty much self defense -first was a self defense to a kick -second was to block a roundhouse punch (very effective so I want to get it down) -Young Dragon

Tuesday 9/4 Kungfu Class
-warm up -kick excercise -went 4 kicks with 4 sets so 16 for each kick. -front kick, side kick, roundhouse, outside crescent, hook kick, spinning hook, back kick, spinningback kick, spinning outside crescent, spinning side, spinning roundhouse, spinning inside roundhouse -same thing but working with partner. Partner had to block the kicks. -5 min break -worked on Young Dragon -learned some new moves for it

Tuesday 9/11 Class
-warm up -hand strike excercisess 1 & 2 -kick excercise 1 & 3 -worked on hook and spinning hook kicks on hand bag -worked on inside roundhouse and spinning inside rounhouse on hand bag
-worked on wrist locks and self defenses with dif wrist techniques -against hand grabs (2 different types for that), lapel grab, punch (2 different ones)
REALLY FUN CLASS WITH THE WRIST LOCKS!

I had to email my sifu telling him I wont be going to kungfu until football is over. Its just way to much for me. Its to hard to go from football to two hours of kungfu to homework. So I should be back in a couple weeks and be training extremely hard when that comes.
