Monday July 23rd
-Quick Stretch -Self defenses (+5 each) -thunder and earth -yielding fire -bite of the viper -hidden spear -escpaing sparrow -gentle thunder -snake and ram -twisting bird -cobra and hawk -removing the jewels A -removing the jewels B -Longer Stretch
Later- -Tension Form (mostly slow and pick up speed) -Kicks (slow/steps, fast/powerful) -front kick -side kick -roundhouse

July 24th,
Football conditioning -tons of sprints (felt like i was going to throw up) -benched (too tired so I just didnt) -it was 1 45 minutes. We only did weights for about 30 so thats 1 15 minutes of running.
Kungfu Class -warm up -tension form -short form of tiger, movements of tiger, twist tiger (never done it before so went tried it with class) -worked on tension form stance -partner through sidekicks to your abs and you had to stay balanced -push partner in all directions to keep their balance -learned first couple moves for Young Dragon -i like this form so far, really smooth movements. some real kungfu!

Wed 25th, Private Lesson 2-3
-learned 1/3 of bo form. -learned 3 new self defenses -went over my other self defenses
-now all i got to learn for testing is 2/3 of bo form - 1 more self defense

Yeah. But I am good at sparring, so we dont focus on that in the private lessons. And since in this school I am not high of a belt at all, I got a big advantage to ppl my rank. Sparring curriculum for 8th rank (counts down from 10) is just to know how to I guess. We spar probably once or twice a week. We havent lately though since everyone has to brush up on forms and weapons.

Thursday, house -short training because I got football later
-self defense (little more than 5 times each) -blocks (while watching tv) -briefly went over my new stance that i need work on -short form of tiger, movements of tiger (mostly slow, did a couple fast)
-pretty pathetic training but its better than nothing -just dont want to be dead before i get to football

Edit for Thursday:
Didnt go to football. Mom didnt want to bring me, and I didnt want to go.
-Went over staff form -only known it for a day now, but it is becoming easier which is good to know -every time i do it, i can tell it is getting better

Saturday 28th, kungfu class
-Warmup -Kick excercise -work on stamina -started with normal kicks, with front leg -then combos and spin kicks -then aerial kicks -then spin aerial kick (I was extremely worn out by the aerial kicks so I need to work on them a lot now)
-going to train later today so I will post later on what I did
