Wed -pretty short: only about hour and a half
-warmup -workout -on bag -side kicks -roundhouses -bag work -elbow sequence -monk staff (real quick review) -low horse stance (w/ staff balanced on quads), did knuckle conditioning while in low horse

-warmup (stretching and crunches) -2 minutes in low horse stance -bag work -about 20 minutes -back kick -steps -slow motion -medium speed -monk bo form -elbow sequence

-stretch -warmup (tough ab workout) -section 1,2,3 kicks -1 time around technique -2nd time speed -monk staff -learned more moves -tried making the flow better

-ran 1 1/4 mile -first time running in FOREVER and I felt terrible -low horse stance for 2 minutes, then rest,and again for another minute -bag work -worked on spinning back kick -monk staff -elbow sequence -short form of the tiger self defense

-stretch -warmup -short forms of the tiger -took about 6 minutes and reviewed them by ourselves -tension form -chinese stance exercise -2 man combat form -took about 15 minutes with a partner -bo form -kobodo 4 quarters bo form -monk staff -learned some new moves to the form

-stretch -warmup -kick sections 1,2,3 -chinese crescent kicks -worked going from chinese crescent down to spinning top (reverse sweep) -break -sparred -2 man combat form -long-shr said it was good and didnt correct us on anything, so he started teaching my partner and I the opposite side

I have not posted anything in a while but here is what has been going on:
I finished Dragon Plays With the Seven Stars, a form. I recently started Flowing Motion One. It seems like a really cool form and am already hooked on it.
I have finished the Purple belt self defenses, finally!!! It has been about a year of learning them, and proud to finally be able to move on to the more advanced ones.
I started Plum Sword 2. I have not got very far into it, but its going to be a touch form. There are tons of spins, and it is hard to do a form when you can not see straight.
In tai chi, I am learning Short Form. I was out for a while during weight lifting, but it is nice to be back training in tai chi.
