-low horse stance (w/ staff balanced on quads), did knuckle conditioning while in low horse

-first time running in FOREVER and I felt terrible
-low horse stance for 2 minutes, then rest,and again for another minute
-bag work
-worked on spinning back kick

I have not posted anything in a while but here is what has been going on:

I finished Dragon Plays With the Seven Stars, a form. I recently started Flowing Motion One. It seems like a really cool form and am already hooked on it.

I have finished the Purple belt self defenses, finally!!! It has been about a year of learning them, and proud to finally be able to move on to the more advanced ones.

I started Plum Sword 2. I have not got very far into it, but its going to be a touch form. There are tons of spins, and it is hard to do a form when you can not see straight.

In tai chi, I am learning Short Form. I was out for a while during weight lifting, but it is nice to be back training in tai chi.
