I read over the book for about a hour and it had a ton of effective information.
First part of book were all stretches from neck to ankle and gave descriptions why the stretches helped in martial arts. Also gave stretches to help balance and footwork like I posted before.
The second part of the book was about his style of kicking/fighting. Explained his stance, his 3 major kicks and how to deliver them properly. Explained faking, combinations, etc for sparring.
