hey guys/girls,
I was going to buy Stretching Scientifically but then I read that he goes on about the scientific part of stretching (yeah its in the name but I didnt think that was what it was about). Anyways I am looking for a book with a lot of dynamic stretching and how to bring your dynamic stretching up. I want a book with more stretches than why you should stretch.
Any help?
