First of all let me say that I am no martial artist. I know this is a martial arts forum, and I think martial arts is awesome, and I have a lot of respect for those that are into it.
What I am is a hockey player, a goalie to be exact, and it's time for me to work on my stretching. It is essential for me to be able to do the splits as a goalie.
I came across this website which states that it is possible to get this splits down in just three weeks. Have a look.

Because to me it sounds to good to be true. I want to give it a shot, but I am a visual learner. I have a hard time doing the stretches that they are describing. Does anyone know of some good stretches on the internet that also show you an image of the stretch?
