The level of 'ki' related energy is different for men and women, and varies at different times of the day. For instance, daily times for 'ki' "highs and lows," are opposite for men and women and closely follow the oriental concept of um and yang. According to many experts, a man's 'ki' energy is high in early in the morning and in the evening (sun-up & sun-down), and at it's lowest during the afternoon and during the middle of the night. Women's 'ki' energy is low early in the morning and in the evening, but high in the afternoon, and during the middle of the night. Therefore, martial arts training will be respectively more beneficial to men and women during their high points of the day, or during the time when their level of 'ki' energy is highest. For both sexes, physical strength and stamina are best when 'ki' levels are at their maximum. This is not to say, however, that martial arts training during other times of the day will not be greatly beneficial to the practitioner, just that there is an optimum time for training.

ok see this is wat EXPERTS think and yes i have tried my i feel really energetic in the early morning and i practice in the morning as well and my hapkido class is at sunset and im one of the best teens although it makes no difference when i come at a different time, if u train well enough ur ki levels will stay normal when there supposed to be at their lowest but i advise all the boys to wake up early and train from when the sunrises and when the sunsets, that way u will gain the most out of ur training u will have more energy and ki ( btw ki is like adrenaline for ppl who dont know) thus leading to more benefit when u train and for the girls train at the times where ur ki is at its highest. you should meditate daily and do the same with physical training too, to ensure u dont really lose ur touch.

As you are from an Arabic country, have you ever wondered whether "suboh" "margrib" etc. has any correspondence to the daily differential levels of energy in the human body?

I assume you understand what I meant by "suboh" "margrib" etc. and by 'correspondence' I meant do these times/periods of the day have any relationship to the different daily energy levels in the human body.

From your response, I think you have not considered the relationship. Something to think about though.

I think he mentioned that. he said from 'EXPERTS'.

now just how exactly does someone become an expert in an untestable and subjective field, is beyond me...but I do know if someone claims, looks, acts and charges a fee like one, then people will swarm to their advice.

Who are these "experts" you speak of? Names?

I'll have to agree with the majority here, you'll need to cite your sources for us to take you seriously.
Especially people with names derived from popular anime or other fighting fiction, since that often indicates a lack of maturity.(For people who don't know it, a rasengan is basically some kind of ki ball in the anime Naruto)

You must have some reference material, even when you did most of the research yourself, could you please share that with the rest of us?

On a side note, if the stamina and energy are related to ki levels, and a man's ki peaks in the morning and evening, while a woman's ki peaks in the afternoon, I most likely have a woman's ki
