Welcome to the forums. Looks like your an Olympic stylist. We train our kicks the same way. As a matter of fact, I've going to copy the way you train your shins, I've thought about using the pole on my bag, but I figured it would bend if I kicked it hard. But watching your vid it seems like it's stronger than it looks.
I've already cracked the round part on the bottom doing short knee kicks either front snaps or side kicks. But mines is filled with sand so I don't have to worry about leakage.
Interesting music you chose, sounded like gypsy music. I thought immediately of an old Dracula movie.
I hope you don't mind if I make one critique, but I notice you lifted your elbows to high when you were punching with your rear hand. You telegraphed your punch and you leave yourself open for a kick to the ribs that way. Keep your elbow tucked in.
