I have been working on splits the past week more than usual. About 2 times a day, morning and night I just get down into one and hold it.
The dynamic stretching had to help because I had never really done dynamic stretching, so you guys helped more than my past 2 schools. And the back straight is actually good advice. So anyone trying to make sure your back is straight. If you cant get it straight right away use a bench to hold your back up.
