Short but interesting - he gave 2 good pieces of advice:
1. Listen to your doctor
2. You've got to want to get back into sport
From my experience (ruptured ACL in May 2004, surgery in September 2004, back to TKD classes July 2006) i would add in a 3rd one:
3. Don't rush back into sport until you're fully recovered - unless you're a professional and you're income depends on it!
From meeting people through the physio after my op, there were some who had gone back too soon and ruptured again, or maybe just never recovered fully in the first place.
