Foundation Member Registered: 03/21/05 Posts: 343	Dynamic leg raises are the best to increase the height of your axe kick. That's probably what joe means with the front stretch kick. Bend down and touch your toes wouldn't affect it a lot since it's a different kind of flexibility.
