Yoga is da bomb. I heard instructors say that yoga has a good carry over to martial arts. My instructor says that yoga doesn't do much for martial arts. I am not sure if improvement of M.A. through yoga is your goal though.
I dont actually study yoga although we do apply some yoga techniques as our warm up and and warm down during our session and I think it is great. I have been to a few yoga classes in the past and have enjoyed it so good luck with your yoga practice it can have many benefits in the long run.
