Hi Everyone,

Does anybody practice Yoga? I've just started myself and i really am impressed with this ancient art, it'd be great to hear from any other practitioners, regards,

James.

Yoga is da bomb. I heard instructors say that yoga has a good carry over to martial arts. My instructor says that yoga doesn't do much for martial arts. I am not sure if improvement of M.A. through yoga is your goal though.

Thats great to hear Yoga is a great art to practice, I find it gives my body peace as well as helps me fix minor bodily problems from training. Don't stop!

I dont actually study yoga although we do apply some yoga techniques as our warm up and and warm down during our session and I think it is great. I have been to a few yoga classes in the past and have enjoyed it so good luck with your yoga practice it can have many benefits in the long run.
