I have tried to do splits for the longest time. but i cannot seem to get to it just because whenever I go down on tendon or somthing along the same lines i think..... keeps hurting and whenever i try to do my split it feels like it is about to snap. why does this happen only to that one tendon and only on that one leg.
where is this pain that you are feeling- on the hip joint, knee joint etc. Often these kindds of pain are due to poor technique when stretching. Remember to keep both legs straight and I like to pull back my feet to stop any unwanted strain.
