anywayz.
There are three harmstrings in your leg right?(well that's what I know..)anywayz.Im having a hard time stretching the outer harmstring...(well that's what I think I feel.)..
Can you guys please help?
And also... when you do stretching.... do you need to warm-up first?or is it ok to just stretch... specially with dynamic stretchs, without warm-ups?
