I have no idea what its called, but i just did this stretch where you lay on the floor with your legs straight up and against the wall. all you do is lay there, read a book, take a nap, whatever you feel like doing, while you let gravity pull your legs down on either side of you. just spent 10 minutes like that and i must say i am very impressed. such a good stretch off of that.
