better than strapping sand bags. kicking with bungee cords is best as it provides resistance without the safety issues of kicking with ankle weights. kicking with any kind of additional weight on your leg can really screw your joints, esepcially your knees. slow kicks are ok though, the ke is control.

Cleans. Absolutely no question. And not a deadlift with a reverse curl thrown in for good measure, but I mean genuine, proper olympic form cleans.
