I realize Thomas Kurtz's book is very popular and apparently has good information but I am about to purchase a different book called "Ultimate Flexibility" by Sang H. Kim. I was wondering if anyone had seen or used this text.

The reason I wanted to get it instead of Kurt's book is because I am a TKD stylist and the author, Kim, is a Korean National TKD champion and the best selling author of other flex & fitness books. Still wanted a thumbs up or thumbs down from anyone who has read it. Any info would be appreciated.
