Hey guys,

I started Krav not too long ago after doing other forms of MMA. One thing I have always had trouble with was my cardio/endurance. No problems with strength, speed, etc, just keeping my gas. Any ideas, suggestions, websites, programs, etc. that you've tried or have done that have worked for you? I'd appreciate any and all responses/ideas/suggestions. Thanks.

Breathing is everything! Breath out through your mouth every time you exert yourself, and breath in through your nose. What ever you do, DON"T hold your breath. It sounds funny but alot of people do it.

The only way to improve your cardio is with cardio training. I know it sounds redundant, but that's the way I was trained. you have to push your body to the max and then push some more. I usually do a work out in the Hung Gar style and then, when I'm tired, i go into Krav. It is very tiring but I get a little better each time i do this. Give it a try. Push ups, sit-ups jumping jacks, runnning in place, then KRAV!

Exactly. Supplement Krav Maga training with at least 3 days a week of cardio training (both intervals and steady-state) and you'll start noticing a big difference.
