Fist video was a lot of basics, which I found his seminar held. However basics are good and I wish I could do them more consistently. The second video that has clinch work to take down I enjoyed especially the stuff up against the fence/wall.
His explanation for lifting weights to be explosive is in line with my way of thinking; train how you want to be. I however was in awe of GSP's bench press as feet on the bench is not a good practice, or at least not in my books. Feet firmly on the floor for a good base is best especially for heavier weights ... not to mention he needs to bring the bar down closer to his chest to engage all of the muscles properly. However I can't disagree with his results and wouldn't tell him to change anything. I like his no nonsense and doesn't get stuck on having to lift heavy to be functional. He wants to be explosive and he is.
He does the lunges with dumbbells just like I am training my daughter and wife right now. The bridging with the ball is exactly what I'm doing now in physio for my knee. I didn't catch it but where did he get all of the black stuff on his hands and wrists?
