Can the Posts raised from the General Talk forum be omitted from being displayed within the Active Topics Link?
I thought that this site was related to Martial Arts and surrounding topics, and not those like:
A. Dude, what's your favorite band?
B. Sorry it’s official; we can’t travel back in time
C. What [insert pointless object here] would you be?
D. The World has been taken over by [insert inane characters], what weapon would you use?

Forget it this is a hugely successful board! No way!

Good thing you put your location as Earth, otherwise we may have thought you were from Mars or Venus

After all the huffing and puffing of MA training, its a convenient place to let off some excess steam. No harm if 99% of people are happy; you do want to be happy, don't you? or at least let others be happy?

Happiness is already so rare these days, please leave us alone.

I just thought it would be a reasonable request to move some of the non-MA related chat off from the Active Topics.

I agree. The general talk forum BLOWS. There are OTHER forums to "let off steam" folks, not just places on THIS site.

I thought martial arts training ITSELF let off steam. Couldn't you write about THAT?

Think of ignoring forum sections/posts that you feel are dumb, part of learning self-control and acceptance by choosing not to reply to them.

The point of GT is to provide a place to discuss the non-MA things with the people on this board you've gotten to know and enjoy talking with.

It's the Internet equivalent of taking your dojo buddies out for a beer after training.

Shouldent this be it the site suggestions forum?
