So I got to take a few laps jogging around the park. Day went great until lunch they brought in PIZZA. I was good thought only a half of a slice. Took another run after work still cant run as far as I would like but I can get a ¼ of a mile in with out stopping with knee pain. _________________________ Jason Defeat never comes to any man until he admits it. 272

But yum meat ball pizza with provolone, Mattozallra, and pepper Jack, cheese and a spicy sauce with a big inch thick crust. And to think the slimiest guy in the shop downed 3 full slices and had cake as well. Lucky Basted he is. Did ok on sat but sunday took its toll. I plan on working more cardio this week. I might be down but not out.
