Dang it finally got time to set up my home gym and have lost the instructions on how to put it together they have to be here some where.
I did get in 10 rounds on the bag though.
got up late ate a slim fast meal bar and 2 apples
tuna sandwich for a snack at around 10:30
smoked chicken for lunch with carrots and broccoli
dinner was beef and broccoli take out
