Ok here goes havent posted a meal day in a while.
5:45 Yogurt slice of wheat and an apple. water
9:30 bag of carrots and water
12:00 tuna sandwich olives side salad. And a hand full of strawberries. water
3:00 chicken breast and a slice of bread.
5:00 grilled tuna , baked potato, green beans, orange. water
Its grtting hot and I am finding my self slip back into too much water.
