Jumped on the scale today at work in my work clothes and was at 260. ( I am guessing I am around 257 in my shorts) for about the last 3 weeks my menu has been almost the same.
7:00 yogurt, bagel, water, small piece of fruit
9:30 chicken sandwich or turkey sandwich ( not lunch meat), fruit
12:00 Tuna, 1 Egg white, carrots, olives, yogurt or a fruit.
Dinner is normally what ever the wife makes up. I have been eating a small small dinner the have a snack ( ( yogurt, fruit, or, carrots,) right before I work out.
Like I said I have not been working out much but I am getting a bit more of a work out at work. ( using the lift truck less and carrying stuff by hand more.) I think Cord would love my Job tons and tons or steel to move push pull hammer and all around manhandle
