My results from this basically were just noticing less pain. Maybe you and I got the same results from it and we're just wording it differently, but what I'm getting from you is that you're saying you felt the same amount of pain but you just got so used to it that it didn't really bother you anymore. Whereas I actually seem, at least, to feel less pain. The most useful nerve area to me has been the common peroneal (perennial?) whatever the hell its called. The nerve area on the outer thigh. I can take a pretty hard kick to it and it won't set me off my game quite as bad as it used to.
Even if our results from this exercise are different, we both seem to have benefited from it in one way or another. Sad part about it as with anything, is if you don't do it for quite a while the nerves will repair themselves (or so I'm told). Shame.
