US Navy, 4 1/2 years.

No one really calls me Zombie in day-to-day conversation anymore, it's mainly my on-line persona now.

The Iron Curtain. I received the nickname after having my sparring partner break his wrist against my face by means of a mean hook. On the way back from that sparring session I was hit by a passing car (and subsequently made a full roll over the body of the car, unintentionally) that apparently just didn't see that I was crossing the street. I ended the night with absolutely no injuries. The aforementioned story and the fact that I was born and bred in the former Soviet Union is the reason some of my buddies call me the Iron Curtain.

Mine is Steel (haha bet you could've never guessed that) basically beacause we had a guest instructor one time and we got along great and stil try to keep in touch every now and then, and he was just impressed with my natural tolerance for pain so he just called me Steel and it stuck.
