On youtube, is stuff you look at traceable? I mean, if you check some stuff out on there, can you get seriosu spam and garbage or something?

To my knowledge YouTube is the safest place to watch videos online. I've never heard of viruses or anythin getting spread over YouTube

Oh good, phew! Now to relax. One thing is, I'm using an apple mac, which doesn't get viruses and spam very easily. And then, I know as much or more about computers than my grandparents and I have no idea how ot bring history back once it's cleared so I think I'm good.

You are viewing stuff on Youtube and not downloading it so very safe compared to places you have to download information to view. I usuall every 1 to 2 weeks do a search with Spybot as well as AVG and I have never found anything out of the ordinary.
