Don't worry about it...
before 40, it's all strengthening and speed training...
after 40, it's all maintenance...

I wonder about the mileage being referred to. ON the flip side, I know a 66yr old that still looks and acts like he's 40. He owns a lawncare business and still cuts about 5 yards per day all year(Florida weather).
