ok like you know one of thoses bourds where you can block each side?, I heard that you can gain a cerebellum increase if you train on that every day. I also feel that I need to make one and I have to know where all the sticks go and should be fit with rubber edges so it is soft on my hands. these chinese fighters fight like bees its so fast wish I could be like that.

I don't know if he's talking about a wooden dummy. If so, I believe you can position the arms pretty much anywhere so you can practise the full range of motion. I may, of course, be totally wrong.

yes its a wooden dummy and we have them in australia and they are great with hand cordination work and blocking work I hope to get a good answer out of this.thanks
