I know a lot of people use the katana, staff, etc.I want to know if anyone besides me prefers something other than the usual weapon.I would have to say the weapon I am best with is possible is a hard staffed spear(such as the one Zhang Liao used).I rather use a polearm weapon than any sword.I also train with other weapons though...such as the katana, daisho, wakizashi, yumis(japanese bow),shuriken, quarter staff, fukiya(japanese blow gun),and duel swords.Out of everything I train with I am best with the spear and shuriken and possibly daisho.Anyone else out there use "different" weapons?

I train stick fighting, knife, sword, and nunchuckas. Those are my favorite.

I have never met someone has used a lajatang...I think that would be an interesting weapon of choice...
