Does anyone know the proper way to wrap your hands? I have both re-usable wraps and the gauze and tape wraps, but either way.

I'm pretty new to kickboxing so I found this page very helpful for wrapping my hands. I now do a slight variation of this, basically I don't wrap around my thumb for the extra thumb protection, but try out what they have here and then look around for alterations that fit you better. I guess there is a million ways to wrap your hands depending on what you want to protect more.

welcome to the forums!
nice find silvershamrock

there are tons of ways to wrap your hands, the most basic i suppose is one on the link that silvershamrock posted. If you just google it you'll probably get dozens of hits.

Thank you guys, I'm glad to have found this site. It's great. And I'm glad to be able to help some people while learning things myself.
