Crablord suggested making a poll to see how much training goes on with the members here. Please give your closest approximation.

Much to my shame, I only train once a week for 3 hours. I do occasionally put in an extra hour or two of solo training, but that hardly counts. I do weights targeted at improving my Jujutsu regularly too, maybe 3 hours a week. This is a busy time for me, I would do more but I want to concentrate on other things right now, like my studies. I used to train 6 hours a week, with my own personal training time around 3 hours. But that was back when I was in TKD and in my Dojang's tournament sparring team. On the upside, I didn't train weights back then, so I'm probably more well rounded these days.

To my shame, Leo's training volume beats mine by a factor of 3.

Hi all! I only get to train in MA one day per week, due to family responsibilities and all. However, I do stay quite active, with about 20-25 miles per week of running, some weights and calisthenics once a week, and a swim or two during lunch hours at work. Once the weather sours for lots of running, I will hang up the heavy bag in my basement and add an additional day of MA at home. I sometimes pine for my old college days, which consisted of 2-3 hrs of MA 6 days (or more) per week. Ah, to be young and responsibility free again... Peace, Mike

Conditioning/strength work i train 5-6 days a week 1 hour a day.
MA classes i dont attend at the moment due to financial prioritisation. Bag work figures heavily in my above schedule though, so minimising rust until i can get back to class.
