unfortunately, I'm not going to suddenly become a believer. If you look at the original picture, it IS the picture you see aftewards, just inverted. That illusion has been around for a while, but now somebody decided to creep people out by actual creating a legit picture!

your kidding? the original pic was a vague sloppy outline..compared to the almost perfect portrait

Trust me, I know the science behind it... it's isn't vague and sloppy, it just looks like it. The image you get when you look at the piece of paper is a bit vague, and your brain just generlises it to look like Jesus. To it a few times and compare the two, you'll see...

It's called retinal fatigue. It's where the image is temporarily burned on your retina. When you look away what you see is the opposite of the original image. The original image can be "vague and sloppy" because it's next to impossible for a person to stare at one point without drifting occasionally.
