Hello All, My name is Jason Smith, and I live in York, PA... I have just re-entered the world of Martial Arts at 31 after a 12 year hiatus... I am studying with Sensei Gladfelter at Shotokan East... It's been a month(today) that I have been back, and I love it. I look forward to typing at all of you..
