It's pretty rough when the hits connect, so that means full contact, right? I had to do it once so far and it was scary.

dojorat Newbie Registered: 02/12/07 Posts: 9	1 shotokan 2 yes every day in one way or another sometimes its point sparring,sometimes its free sparring ,sometimes its partner drills ,we cant get enough.

In my dojo we stress traditional kata more than anything. We rarely do breaking and only do the sparring so often. _________________________ Now the shugyo begins!
