The location is in Fort Mill, SC a southern suburb of Charlotte, NC. To learn more about Systema Russian Martial Art please visit my instructor’s website at www.russianmartialart.com. The workshop will be geared towards new students and will give an overview of Systema basics. There will have lots of good drills, both solo and multiple, that everyone can take home and work into there current training.
