I know, I know...I've seen them all. I've got to get one gimmick move down before I can move on to the next though!

I know! But I actually really like the score from the first movie though. Bill Conti, the composer, is convinced no one will buy it, so there is no point in relasing it.

You can get bootlegs of it apparently. But I wouldn't know anything about that....

Anyway, here you go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NfkH3Q4JOQ&search=karate%20kid

Always thought the fight scences were quite well done in the first one.

Love the takedown for the second point!

I was always a little upset that Pat Morita didn't really sound like Mr. Miyagi.

The Miyagi stunt and fight work was done by Fumio Demura.

I just finished watching The Island of Dr. Moreau (1977) and noticed Fumio Demura's name in the credits. He played the "hyena man".

Crablord, just to slow things down for you ... Ralph Macchio ... the main character in the Karate Kid series ... lives near them ... and he has put on considerable weight. Shotokantrainee was just providing some trivia. Maybe useless trivia to some but something they felt providing and others may like to know. Take it easy will ya!
