Its a Deadlift movement but using a snatch grip ie hands outside of the marker on the barbell like -->/-\ as opposed to |-|.

If that makes sense.

9-23
Front squats 105#
5/5/5/8

Snatch grip alternate grip deadlifts 145#
5/5/5/10

Back up to 115# on the squats next time, not 100% sure why I dropped it down.

9-25

Needed to mix it up a little today, plus I needed to punch some things after my day at work.

4x2-minute rounds on the wavemaster with 1 minute rest in between. All mixed technique

2x175 step walk bear-hugging the 50# sandbag to my upper chest (175 steps is just what I counted, I walked out my driveway and down the street then came back)

I bought a little round timer at the sports store and it works out great, you can change it between 2 and 3 minute rounds and 30 and 60 second rests. Works great for interval training or just timing between my lifting sets.

That bear-hugging the sandbag is rough, I like that one!!! i've got to patch that hole up in it so I can do morre work with it.

Yeah, I have the everlast one. I've had it for about 3 months and so far so good. I do with that it were a bit more adjustable, more options for setting your own intervals. But it is designed for boxing and it was only $10, so I'm not complaining.

Looking at the gymboss timer online now...hmmm, I think I have something to add to my christmas list because that seems to be the exact thing I described.

When I learned of the Everlast timer I went to two walmarts and then foudn it at Sport Authority. Maybe I just got a bad one. I did like the options though and I beleive the bell/chime is louder on the everlast than the gymboss..Normally i hook the gymboss on my short and set to vibrate.

I got the gymboss timer a week ago and works wonderfully although the battery seemed to run out really quickly. Got some good training there man keep it up!
