As do I Joel, and keeps me more focused. Plus I don't have to wait to get on any equipment and if I grunt or make funny noises I don't feel bad. Plus I can work as fast or as slow as I need to and I don't have to drive home. However every once in a while I like to hit the gym just to give things a go, plus this is when my buddy Mac is in town and I can get some more tips, fine tune things and then I can watch him show off. Just keep plugging away and savor all of your results. Things take time but when they happen and repeatedly ... then we have you hooked and you are ours.

Great stuff!  Now is a great moment to reflect on this: ask yourself how you would have done attempting this workout, with the minimal rest periods as the first workout you did a few weeks back . i suspect the answer is that you couldnt have completed it. That is tangible proof that you have got fitter, that your ability to repay oxygen debt has increased, and that you have greater stamina/endurance. Nothing beats positive results from hard work- well done

Thanks Dereck, and everybody who stops by and reads this. It was hard earlier in the year to keep motivated, but with this up here it's easier to track my progress and knowing you people see what I'm doing I know I have to do it or else you'll all know... Hey, whatever motivation works, right?  Plus getting advice and motivation helps greatly.
