Hello and greetings,

I am new to the forum, Ken, or kilogulf59. I will submit a little of my background. My humble education includes training in Modern Arnis, Miyama Ryu Jujutsu, and Combatives/H2H.

All of which have fallen by the wayside over the years.

I am going to revive some of my training and, due to my rural location, I have to go with notes, books, and on-line works.

What I am looking for, for starters, is footwork drills; I have searched but came up with zip.

Any help, or advise, would be greatly appreciated.
