Rocky's entire family is killed... everything he has ever known is gone, and now he is forced to fight for gasoline in this apocalyptic finale of
Rocky 6 "Rocky the Road Warrior"
I mean the plot for the next rocky is good... but cmon, we have seen it 5 times before. We need something new like undead pirates or the end of the world. The perfect way to finish off the series.
We would need Rocky to get in one big fight with Chuck Norris or some big name at the end of the movie, to make it memorable.
Cmon, are you with me?
Now lets find those producers phone numbers!

hmm. . . Chuck Norris? nah. Seen it, same same. I'd rather see a tough match between the old beast and Tarver. I mean, how many times can you see an old dude being equal or close to someone 30 years younger than him? [Except Seagal movies, where's he's always invulnerable or invincible.] -Taison out

What frightens me is revolution studios... well at least I have someone to blame if the movie isn't good.

The studio will leave Stallone alone to do what he sees fit- i believe that he is the Producer or exec producer, as well as director, so has more control than your average director who is at the mercy of the execs.
There is enough in that trailer to make it worth seeing on the big screen for me. A new rocky movie is not going to win over any new fans, it is going to be a Rocky movie. The people who found it dumb, or far fetched, or cheesy or whatever for the last 5 films, will have the same criticisms on this one.
I think the rest of us will get exctly what we are hoping for.
