alright, i scanned stretching on the forums and nothing seemed to help.

I'm going into tae kwon do in the coming month, Before i go i'd rather have a month headstart on stretching, i'd rather not go there and be the opposite of flexible, at least this is my personal goal, i'd like everyones input on they're stretching techniques,

i want to get as flexible as possible in this month's timelimit, i'll continue using the techniques there after of course. so any input ? it is appreciated
