I use to get laughed at at home room in high school. I'd come in about 30 minutes early, sit at my desk with a copy of the Boston Globe, along with my local paper, laptop open to CNN, drinking a coffee and checking my stocks.
I can be sort of a boring person.....well to most average teenager kids I guess.
Oh, and I made sure I was home in time every single night for The Factor and Jeopardy, yeah I'm a stiff, I'll admit it.

Dauragon = 17.4 (I think...Birthdays may 3rd) I know Im actually not, but I feel so old (mentally, physicly Im good most of the time)...Its kinda like life has no more suprizes anymore, evreythings gotten predictable (except for my teachers foot...OUCH!). I feel round about 86 years of age...is it natural to feel like that? do an of you oldies feel a 100 and something years old?

Planet Earth has made many revolutions around the sun since I set foot on planet Earth. Any way age is merely the amount of revolutions the Earth has made around the sun since a person was born( according to man) So I cant remember. I can still remember being about 20 revolutions though. Isnt a revolution something about when men/women revolt? Cant remember my age!  One thing though I do know is that when I go it will poss be during a self defence scenario with a twenty two year old young man (although I am at the age of 82 revolutions around the sun), because his ex 21 year old woman decides she wants to do all the things that goes with cohabitation with me.

I've been studying the MA for over 8 years now and still don't have a BB. I just don't care about it anymore really. But, agewise, I'm 27, the 4th oldest Joe in my company, and the old man of my platoon. And they gave me the pig.

I'm 33, but started MA training when I was 11. I did the same thing (style hopping). That said, I started back with ITF when I was 26 and tested for BB at 29. I was pretty adamant about testing for 2nd Dan this year, but I'm not sure if I will now.
Oddly enough, I don't want to test before I feel ready to test, but then, I don't want to wait until after I'm 34 because that is when the testing requirements are lowered for those of us at an advanced age LOL.
It's like, I don't want to take the easy way, but then, I don't want to take the other easy way either...

44 years old and doing everything I can to reverse time ... trying my best to get back into shape so that when I hit my 50's I'm able to still function in MA. According to the poll, I'm older than 90% of the crew here.

I was stunned to find that over 98% of FAF members are between 16-20 (assuming the poll is reasonably representative). A minute later, I was stunned at my stupidity not guessing it earlier.

Just turned 65.Still working out, riding my Ducati, and remain very healthy except for rotator cuff injury.began my journey with karate in 1969.It has been an enormous influence in my life.Martial arts has introduced me to many extraordinary people from whom I draw my motivation.Being a U.S. Marine doesn't hurt either.

I think you know when you're getting old when the Police officers look like they've just left school and the Doctor looks like he should still be in College.
I think aswell (for UK residents), you know when you're getting old when Radio 2 starts to be something you prefer to listen to than Radio 1 or Galaxy etc

I'm 45, but I feel better now than I did when I was 30.
I wish that I would have started training earlier in life also, but I guess other things were more important to me at the time.
You know what they say...hindsight is 20/20, but you can't change the past.
I really can't bitch though, because I'm pretty happy about where I'm at these days.
