People have different bone densities, and of course the body 'gives' when struck, absorbing the force, yet every time this happens its not uniform. Also, there is no way of putting specific force into a strike, nor aiming for a specific effect. in an altercation you should feel very pleased to achieve a clean hard punch to the face or gut. Trying to apply specific pressure to a specific target to break it is ridiculous when dealing with a mobile angry aggressor. Hit em hard and then run away
