20 minutes a day to a better heart? Sounds good. Can I do it while sleeping?

Funny that my original karate instructor got heavy into yoga and eventually became an instructor of yoga as well. I saw him do some amazing martial arts stuff when I was a bit younger and then sort of mellow…and perhaps I am a bit over appreciative noting that my memories are sealed within my mind by eyes that weren’t fully adjusted to the light of experience.

But it’s funny how things become less important to you as you age and some less tangible experiences and insight more so.

Yoga’s great.

But I suppose accurate enough if you are running away from an armed baddie, but don't keel over from a heart attack. I suppose Yoga could be effective on the street!
