I never saw a point in pre planned combinations. My combinations have always been kick into an opening, kick into the next opening, kick into the next opening.

yes, its not like a pre set plan, its more of a set of kicks to follow when you get a chance. Useful stuff.

Like, which kicks flow into others easily when sparring, and against what kicks in a situation.

By Tornado Kick I'm guessing you mean a spinning roundhouse?

what's with all the back kicks.....but we all have our preferences
simple, everything i do is off the front leg(more speed)
hook kick, round house
front kick, round house
fake round house into axe kick
spin hook kick, jump spin hook kick, round house
side kick, hook kick
skip side kick(if done fast enough, will always win)
chip axe kick, spin back kick
i have more..but...i don't think you ppl call them the same thing..so i don't know if you will understand..and we do kicks that i've never seen anyone else do..soo..i'll stop there
and yall don't use hands right?..do u?

We do, in self defense alot. But in olympic sparring we only sometimes do. Kicks to punch combinations are ok as well so go for it. (And the back kicks are all spinning in my combinations as well.) Its my favorite kick.

And thank you for your contribution

errr...eric what belt do you hold? do you always see openings? not always i bet, sometimes one needs 2 CREATE an opening, that's why if you execute a high hook kick and a into a low round house...there's your opening for your point...if you do get openings all the time, find worthy opponents
