Hi ho forum members. I'd like to invite everyone to a challenge. Who can and will throw 10,000 punches first from a designated time.

Rules

1)Any punch counts from either hand.
2)Anyone can enter!
3)This will be an integrity check,don't cheat yourself.

Time will begun tomorrow night at 11:30pm CDT.All who want to enter please sign up. I'll keep track of how everyone is doing.Latecomers are ok too. just have fun with it and try to let it motivate you to train,this shouldn't take too long!

Tell you what, I hate keeping count when working out so I go by time. ..tonight from 8pm - 9pm I'll throw some extra punches for the team - best I can offer.

sure. nice work. print this out, cut along the line and use fabric glue. placement should be 3" from the top of the left shoulder.


really impresses the youngin's when you are wearing one of these babies. someone gives you a hard time in class? just point to your patch...'nuff said.

Hey cool, I wanna be in the "splits club". I don't think I qualify though oh well. Maybe I should just go with "most improved"! lol
