We all need a chance to vent a little bit and get some emotion and frustration out once in a awhile. It's like anger, if oyu bottle it up for too long, it eventually explodes in a very destructive manner.

And probably a good reason for the new 'General Talk' forum. My comment was actually ranting about stuff in my personal life...not sarcasm. An unintentional entendre?

I wish I was perfect so I wouldn't feel guilty about complaining about other people.

'If wishes were horses, beggers would ride'...as the old saying goes.

If we were perfect, I suspect there would be no reason for being here.

Oh, and why the f**k is it that cinema's make 'great' dates but then you can't talk because then you'd talk through the movie?!! WTF is the point in that then?!!?!!

Oh dear. What is the world coming to. You have such a lot to learn young Jedi

The 'respectable' take on this, is that movies make good first dates as you catch the early show, then go for a meal, and you have instantly got something to talk about- makes things more natural, and less ice to break.

The less respectable plus points of a cinema date involve the back row of seats, darkness and not watching the movie at all

Ranting eh? If i start i wont stop, there arent enough hours in the world to get everything off my chest, most of its political or at least would be defined as such by this sites rules, so best I save my soapbox speeches for my colleagues on night shift. we put the world to rights every shift, yet its all gone wrong again by sun up

That's what this thread is here for Cord, to get are frustrations off our chests, just so long as we can stay under control and don't verbally thrash each other. It's important to have a chance to get out our frustrations, rant and rave and vent a little bit. That's the main reason I started this thread, to have a place to just unload about things. As long as we act like reasonable men, and we'll do fine.

I absolutely abhor people who don't spell-check their posts on internet forums.

Man do I hate when I'm raring and ripping to go and there is nobody there to grappling with. We learned some great techniques today such as riding knee near arm bar and riding knee far arm bar, plus learned the counter for these and then were allowed to free grapple and I was only able to work out with my initial partner. I was so looking forward to rolling for hours and that didn't happen. What is with people ... they know grappling is my day so show up. Jeezzz!
